About the role

The Role
An excellent opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join a busy support team on contract until the end of November. You'll be providing first-line technical support, resolving incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers great exposure to various technologies and systems while working alongside an experienced team.

Our client is strengthening their service desk team to handle increased demand through their busy period. You'll be the first point of contact for end users, providing technical support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role focuses on incident resolution, user support, and maintaining high service standards across their IT environment.

The Skills and Experience We Need You to Bring
• Around 12 months of service desk or technical support experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset with patience and empathy
• Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar)
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and common business applications
• ITIL Foundation certification (preferred but not essential)
