About the role:
We’re looking for a mid-level, multi-skilled digital marketer who can execute hands-on campaigns while growing strategically into a positioned role. This role is central to building awareness, engaging executive decision-makers, and driving account-based marketing outcomes across a global (niche) customer base.
Culture & Growth:
- Entrepreneurial, distributed team (NZ + Dubai).
- Close mentorship from founders, with scope to grow into a strategic marketing leadership role.
- High autonomy to test ideas and refine the go-to-market playbook.
Content & Copywriting
- Produce engaging content across LinkedIn, blogs, EDMs, and PR placements.
- Maintain tone of voice: authoritative, reliable, simplifying complexity.
- Create collateral (banners, event material, light merch).
- Manage social media strategy (primarily LinkedIn), ensuring consistent engagement with decision-makers.
- React quickly to industry news and engage target executives in meaningful discussions.
- Build and execute targeted outreach to a defined ICPs (CIOs/CTOs/CPOs)
- Run campaigns to influence long-term deal cycles (3-year contract horizons).
- Support founders with private events, conferences, and executive demos.
- Own CRM management (HubSpot or equivalent lightweight system).
- Design and execute outbound email marketing (EDM) campaigns.
- Build funnels and light automation flows; optimize engagement journeys.
- Identify and secure PR opportunities in relevant publications.
- Custodian of the company website and blog.
- Ensure consistent messaging across digital channels.
- Support execution of industry events.
- Organize and manage event logistics, merchandise, and conference presence.
- 2–3 years’+ experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house SaaS/B2B).
- Strong copywriting and multi-channel content creation skills.
- Hands-on experience with social media management, CRM, and marketing automation.
- Curiosity, self-determination, and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable learning new tools and building funnels/automation independently.
- Knowledge and/or appreciation of enterprise/B2B SaaS buying cycles (long, complex, multi-stakeholder) vs. transactional SaaS.
- Bonus: Exposure to PR relationship management.
