With their AI technology already licensing globally to major software manufacturers, they need someone who can establish robust financial, HR, and operational frameworks to support international growth.

The Role:

• Partner with the CEO to develop and execute company strategy, including financial and business planning.  
• Act as financial controller, managing budgets, reporting, and performance tracking
• Establish HR policies, frameworks, and employment processes
• Drive compliance across data protection, employment law, and regulatory requirements
• Build scalable business systems, metrics, and governance frameworks
• Lead internal documentation and operational systems for future expansion
• Advise on organisational structure, resource planning, and risk management

Your Fit:

• 10+ years in senior leadership roles within software or technology sectors
• Strong financial management background as CFO, Finance Director, or GM
• Essential Financial Services industry experience
• Proven ability to build cross-functional teams in international environments
• Experience with OEM or SaaS business models preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance (MBA advantageous)
• Collaborative communicator who thrives on wearing multiple hats
• Independent operator who can deliver meaningful improvements quickly
