What you’ll do
- Lead the digital analytics roadmap and champion data-driven decision-making.
- Define and evolve measurement frameworks, tagging, and governance practices.
- Deliver reporting dashboards and insights that track performance and drive action.
- Translate complex data into clear, influential recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Guide experimentation, optimisation, and customer journey improvements.
- Partner with marketing, product, and technology teams to uplift digital maturity.
- Advanced expertise in GA4, GTM, tagging frameworks, and digital measurement.
- Strong capability with BigQuery, SQL, and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Proficiency with data visualisation tools (Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
- Demonstrated experience in web & app analytics, campaign measurement, attribution modelling, and optimisation.
- Skilled in A/B testing, experimentation, and customer journey analysis.
- Strong ability in data storytelling — turning insights into strategic recommendations.
- Proven record influencing senior and executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience balancing hands-on technical delivery with leadership and roadmap ownership.
- Solid understanding of data governance and privacy considerations in digital environments.
- Lead a visible, high-impact function with autonomy and influence.
- Shape the way data is used to power digital experiences at scale.
- Work in a collaborative environment that values innovation and forward thinking.
