Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive desktop support services to end users across the organisation. You'll be resolving technical issues, managing system configurations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role focuses on maintaining high service levels while supporting users through system changes and upgrades in a busy Microsoft-centric environment.

Skills Required
  • Solid desktop support fundamentals with Windows operating systems
  • Strong communication skills and genuine patience when working with end users
  • Level 2 technical support experience, with some Level 3 capabilities preferred
  • Microsoft environment expertise (Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory)
  • Problem-solving approach with ability to work independently
  • Professional attitude and customer service focus
