The Role:

• Create software - Guide technical design, clear blockers, and stay hands-on across system boundaries.
• Test deeply - Champion strategies and tools that expose risk across function, performance, and security.
• Resolve issues - Lead incidents, measure impact, run post-mortems, and eliminate systemic failures.
• Elevate standards - Shape frameworks and ensure pipelines, IaC, and automation are fit for purpose.
• Strategic influence - Align cross-team roadmaps, drive business-critical goals, and deliver multi-year platform outcomes.
• Grow others - Coach senior engineers, sponsor guilds, and attract top talent through thoughtful hiring participation.

Your Fit:

• Deep expertise designing secure, scalable distributed systems - fluent across and up and down the stack (Ideally .NET, React and AWS) and eager to adopt new tools.
• Proven record leading multi-team delivery, simplifying complex designs, and improving cost, resilience, and customer experience.
• Comfortable owning CI/CD, automated testing, and production observability at scale.
• Natural coach with clear communication who builds trust and psychological safety across functions.
• Growth mindset - balancing strategic vision with sleeves-rolled-up problem-solving and continuous learning.
