The Role:

• Build scalable cloud services and intuitive React UIs; automate everything you can. 
• Write automated tests for function, performance, and security. 
• Diagnose and resolve production issues, driving root-cause fixes. 
• Contribute to architecture talks, peer reviews, and shared engineering standards.
• Keep CI/CD pipelines cloud infrastructure humming; help refine agile flow.

Your Fit:

• Strong skills in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, React frontends, or similar, plus constant curiosity for new tech. 
• Confident debugging across the stack and building cloud infra. 
• Practised with TDD, trunk-based dev, and secure-by-design basics. 
• Collaborator & assertive self-starter—bias to action, comfortable in fast-scaling environments.
• Adaptable systems-thinker with strong customer orientation and influence skills.
• Enjoy feedback, give it kindly, and see every retro as a chance to level up.
