The Role:

• Build scalable cloud services and intuitive React UIs; automate everything you can.
• Write automated tests for function, performance, and security.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues, driving root-cause fixes.
• Contribute to architecture talks, peer reviews, and shared engineering standards.
• Keep CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure humming while helping refine agile flow.

Your Fit:

• Strong skills in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, React frontends, or similar, plus curiosity for new tech.
• Confident debugging across the stack and building cloud infrastructure-as-code.
• Comfortable with TDD, trunk-based development, and secure-by-design principles.
• Collaborative, assertive self-starter with a bias to action and a scaling mindset.
• Adaptable systems-thinker who keeps the customer front and centre.
