The Opportunity:

Based in Wellington, the team supports a wide range of sectors and values meaningful relationships with both customers and employees. They offer flexibility and a collaborative culture, with just one day a week in the office.
Candidates must have permanent working rights in New Zealand to be considered for this position at this time.
The Role:
• Serve as the primary contact for clients through onboarding, training, renewals, and transitions
• Facilitate seamless customer implementations from sales handover to software setup and user success
• Provide multi-channel support through HubSpot across email, phone, chat, and video
• Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure customer feedback drives improvements
• Contribute to knowledge base documentation and workflow automation initiatives
• Track and report on service tickets while continuously improving support processes
• Gather valuable customer insights to influence product development and enhancements
Your Fit:
You're someone who thrives in customer-facing roles and has experience in customer success, software training, or tech support. You're comfortable with CRM tools like HubSpot and can communicate effectively across multiple channels. Most importantly, you're adaptable, proactive, and genuinely care about helping customers succeed.You don't wait to be told what to do – you see opportunities and act on them. You're collaborative, resilient, and excited by the prospect of continuous improvement.
