The Role

• Design and build performant, reusable UI components using TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to implement accessible solutions
• Establish development conventions and best practices for the wider engineering team
• Influence technical decisions that set the platform up for long-term success
• Work within a dedicated squad comprising frontend and backend senior engineers

Your Fit

• Expert-level TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS experience with strong best practices knowledge
• Proven ability to build greenfield software products in cross-functional teams
• Experience supporting software products through product-market fit and beyond
• Strong background in creating innovative user experiences and accessible solutions
• Comfortable establishing technical conventions and mentoring team members
