You'll join at a pivotal moment - initial customer release is imminent, and you'll be part of the core team bringing this ambitious product to market. With full business backing and a multi-year roadmap, you'll have genuine influence over key platform decisions while working alongside experienced in-house and external specialists.

The Role
- Design and build performant, reusable UI components using TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to implement accessible solutions
- Establish development conventions and best practices for the wider engineering team
- Influence technical decisions that set the platform up for long-term success
- Work within a dedicated squad comprising frontend and backend senior engineers
Your Fit
- Expert-level TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS experience with strong best practices knowledge
- Proven ability to build greenfield software products in cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting software products through product-market fit and beyond
- Strong background in creating innovative user experiences and accessible solutions
- Comfortable establishing technical conventions and mentoring team members
