• Keep teams aligned and info flowing — no silos
• Tidy, up-to-date documentation that actually helps
• Share what you know, lift the team’s standard
• Keep products reliable, scalable, and ready for market

You Must Have:

• Deep systems thinking — you see how it all connects
• 5+ years in systems or product development
• Strong hands-on experience with hardware/software integration
• Technical degree (BE or equivalent)
• Clear, no-nonsense communication
