The Role
- Lead Enterprise Architecture and Digital Strategy consulting across 5+ concurrent client engagements
- Consult on technology investment decisions, modernisation strategies, and digital pivots
- Design target state architectures and business-aligned digital strategies
- Guide procurement and investment planning for major transformation programmes
- Lead and develop a team of consultants
- Provide practice leadership, mentoring senior consultants, and developing graduate talent
- Drive business development through market presence and existing network relationships
- Apply enterprise architecture frameworks (ideally TOGAF) to complex client challenges
Your Fit
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in digital or enterprise architecture, with exposure to consulting—ideally within large or global firms.
- Strong Enterprise Architecture expertise with applications focus (not infrastructure-heavy)
- Proven track record leading digital strategy and operating model transformations
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, particularly TOGAF
- Strategic understanding of AI's impact on digital roadmaps and operating models
- Established market presence with existing network across key sectors
- Calm, patient, and encouraging leadership style with genuine passion for developing people
- Experience working with large-scale clients across multiple sectors
- Balance of sales, delivery, and leadership capabilities with strong relationship-building skills
