The Role
- Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions
• Create comprehensive documentation including process maps, user stories, and requirements specifications
• Collaborate with IT teams to support system implementations and process automation
• Monitor and measure the success of implemented changes through data analysis
• Build strong working relationships across departments to drive adoption of new processes
• Support change management activities and provide training to end users
• Contribute to project planning and coordinate activities across multiple workstreams
- Proven experience in business analysis with a focus on process improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
• Experience with process mapping tools and documentation standards
• Understanding of change management principles and practices
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively in team environments
• Experience with project management methodologies is advantageous
