The Role
  • Provide crucial documentation support for project teams – helping with compliance paperwork, report formatting and site setup requirements
  • Maintain and update the vehicle fleet register, ensuring all registrations, insurance policies and lease details are current
  • Coordinate office facilities management – from ordering supplies to arranging couriers and catering for meetings
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support to the General Manager and People team
  • Assist the Health & Safety team with logbook maintenance and compliance documentation
  • Take ownership of creating and maintaining a tidy, safe and welcoming office environment
  • Help implement and support company wellness initiatives

Your fit
  • You have experience as an administrator, ideally in construction, trades or a related industry
  • You're known for your exceptional organisational abilities and can manage competing priorities with calm efficiency
  • You understand health & safety processes and documentation
  • You're proficient with the MS Office suite and comfortable with digital filing systems, spreadsheets and report formatting
  • You're proactive, solutions-focused and genuinely enjoy being part of a team
  • You communicate clearly and confidently with people at all levels of an organisation
  • You're comfortable working in a construction environment and unfazed by the occasional rough-around-the-edges office humour

Location & working hours
This role is based in Petone and requires someone who can be in the office five days a week. The team is open to either full-time or part-time hours, depending on what works best for you and the business.
