We’re on the lookout for an experienced Change Manager with a solid background in communications to support a critical transition project.
About the Role:
In this hands-on contract, you’ll play a key role in driving engagement and supporting readiness for an upcoming organisational move. You'll work closely with respected change leaders :
- Analyse data from change readiness surveys and Q&A channels
- Identify key themes and provide recommendations aligned with current plans (or propose smart additions)
- Develop clear, engaging communications and support materials
- Create polished engagement packs, guidance documents, and resources for both in-person and online use
- Contribute to broader change communications based on impact assessments and related workstreams
- Proven experience in Change Management with a strong communications lens
- Confident analysing qualitative data and surfacing actionable insights
- Advanced PowerPoint skills – this is essential!
- Able to hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment
