About the role
Join a well-established organisation as a senior member of a close-knit IT support team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of technical issues across hardware, software, networks and servers, providing fast, effective solutions that keep things running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to expert for escalated support and contribute to system improvements as the company undergoes a period of tech transformation. It’s a visible, hands-on role where your impact will be felt daily.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Delivering advanced technical support across hardware, software and networks
  • Managing and resolving service requests through remote tools and clear documentation
  • Configuring and deploying hardware and software to support evolving business needs
  • Administering Windows server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File & Print services)
  • Acting as a first point of contact for IT support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Prioritising service tickets to meet SLAs and ensure consistent service delivery
  • Contributing to documentation and internal knowledge sharing
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a problem-solving environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys variety in their day. You’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in a Service Desk or senior support role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with remote support tools
  • Solid knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory and server admin
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Bonus points for experience with:
  • Supporting infrastructure upgrades or migrations
  • Scripting or automation tools
  • ITIL-based environments
