The Role:

  • Provide technical expertise and escalation support for complex network issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve challenging cases involving Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto technologies
  • Build relationships with ICT providers and vendors to resolve critical infrastructure issues
  • Create knowledge base content and develop standardised technical solutions
  • Mentor Tier 1 support teams and contribute to technical knowledge sharing
  • Support the delivery and improvement of technical products and services
  • Identify risks and issues associated with complex network implementations
  • Participate actively in change control processes and project work

Your Fit:
  • You have 5+ years' experience troubleshooting network issues in a customer-focused environment
  • Your technical expertise includes switching, routing, and firewall (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto)
  • CCNP, NSE 5, or Palo Alto certification is highly desirable
  • You're passionate about customer service and finding technical solutions
  • You thrive in collaborative environments while being a self-motivated problem solver
  • You have experience with Google products and services
