Network Support Engineer

The Role:
- Provide technical expertise and escalation support for complex network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve challenging cases involving Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto technologies
- Build relationships with ICT providers and vendors to resolve critical infrastructure issues
- Create knowledge base content and develop standardised technical solutions
- Mentor Tier 1 support teams and contribute to technical knowledge sharing
- Support the delivery and improvement of technical products and services
- Identify risks and issues associated with complex network implementations
- Participate actively in change control processes and project work
Your Fit:
- You have 5+ years' experience troubleshooting network issues in a customer-focused environment
- Your technical expertise includes switching, routing, and firewall (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto)
- CCNP, NSE 5, or Palo Alto certification is highly desirable
- You're passionate about customer service and finding technical solutions
- You thrive in collaborative environments while being a self-motivated problem solver
- You have experience with Google products and services
