The Role
  • Deliver advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues using remote diagnostic tools
  • Manage the full lifecycle of service requests from intake through to resolution and documentation
  • Configure and deploy new hardware and software solutions to meet evolving business needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for IT support
  • Prioritise and manage service tickets to meet service level agreements
  • Administer server environments through Active Directory, File & Print services, DNS, and DHCP
  • Create clear, concise documentation for technical issues and their solutions
Your Fit
  • You have solid experience in a Service Desk or similar technical support role
  • You demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills and can diagnose complex technical issues
  • You're experienced with Windows environments, Active Directory, and server administration
  • You possess strong communication skills and can explain technical concepts clearly
  • You're customer-focused with a friendly, professional approach to service delivery
  • You're organised and can manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
