This is not a standard Project Manager role. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, sourcing, hardware and firmware—delivering intelligent, connected video solutions used by millions across the globe.
You’ll be at the helm of projects where machine vision meets the physical world. And you’ll make the roadmap real.

The Role:

• Own delivery of complex, multi-region projects from requirements to release.
• Work with product, engineering, manufacturing and sourcing teams to bring AI-enabled vision devices to life.
• Scope and manage programs with global customers, building detailed plans with milestones, dependencies, and clear risk mitigation.
• Mentor high-calibre engineers, coordinate internal teams and global stakeholders, and drive accountability.
• Create visibility with smart tracking systems, regular comms, and crisp reporting. Lead with structure—deliver with agility.

Your Fit:
You’re a technically-grounded Project Manager who thrives in product-led environments.
You speak the language of engineers and execs. You know how to move fast without breaking quality. And you’re at your best when the stakes are high.
 
What you bring:

• Solid experience in technical project/program management 
• Proven experience leading large-scale hardware/software projects
• Strong understanding of electronics, embedded systems, and firmware
• Confident communicator who builds trust across functions and time zones
• Structured, proactive, and delivery-focused mindset
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, tracking systems
• Bonus: Experience in consumer electronics, camera platforms, or security devices
