The Role
- Lead and mentor a product team of Product Owners and Business Analysts
- Define and execute product vision and roadmap alongside other Product Owners
- Act as the voice of the customer, incorporating market analysis into product decisions
- Manage product backlog prioritisation based on customer feedback and business priorities
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Refinement, Triage, Sprint Review)
- Create clear Customer Requirement Documents and Product Requirement Documents
- Develop business cases and product launch plans for new features or applications
- Collaborate with Marketing on positioning and messaging strategy
- Support the Sales team with product expertise, including demos and training
- Work with cross-functional teams to design features for efficient development
Your Fit
You're an experienced product professional with a strategic mindset and proven team leadership capabilities. You understand product lifecycle management and have a strong grasp of Agile methodology. Your communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams, and you excel at translating customer needs into product requirements. Experience in healthcare technology, would be highly valuable. You're commercially astute, process-oriented, and able to make data-driven decisions. Most importantly, you embody a collaborative approach and have the adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
