The Role
As an Intermediate BI Developer, you'll work alongside the Principal BI Developer, BI Analysts, DW Specialists and solution architects to:

• Design and implement ETL processes and data warehousing solutions using Microsoft stack technologies
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within an agile methodology
• Develop expertise in cloud BI solutions using Azure Portal, Data Lakes and Data Bricks
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to team members
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure data quality
• Contribute to the Azure migration project, transforming legacy systems into modern cloud solutions

Your Fit

• Strong experience with enterprise data warehousing ETL using the Microsoft stack - SSIS experience is crucial.
• Solid SQL skills and data modelling techniques
• Experience with modern data engineering pipelines and best practices
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly Azure data services
• Knowledge of data migration strategies between on-premises and cloud environments
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
• Problem-solving mindset with passion for continuous learning
• Desire to make a positive impact on the community through technology
