The Role
  • Lead the Infrastructure, Helpdesk, and mentor the Application Support teams with a focus on high performance and exceptional user satisfaction
  • Drive incident, problem, and service request management across all user-facing systems
  • Champion automation, simplification, and proactive system monitoring to reduce issues before they impact users
  • Own the roadmap and operations for core IT infrastructure (on-premises, cloud, networks, security)
  • Ensure all systems are patched, secure, and compliant with security standards
  • Manage external vendors and partners providing infrastructure, hardware, hosting, or support services
  • Develop and mentor team members, fostering a positive, service-oriented culture with strong ownership and pride
Your Fit
  • You have 5+ years' experience in IT operations or infrastructure management roles
  • You bring a strong user experience mindset and can translate technical performance into business value
  • You've successfully led technical teams and have experience working with cloud and hybrid environments
  • You're familiar with ITIL or similar service management practices and have worked with monitoring and ITSM tools
  • You're proactive, customer-obsessed, and calm under pressure, especially during incidents
  • You have excellent communication skills and can engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
