About You
Ideally, you'll be a strong UX/UI Designer, with a strong background in end-to-end design practices, keen to grow your skills and become a go-to person for this organization. You'll also possess most of the following:
- Experience using Figma and whiteboarding tools like Figjam and Miro
- Background in UI and interaction design with strong wireframing and prototyping skills
- Experience conducting and analysing user research, workshops, and usability testing
- Familiarity with analytics tools to understand user behaviour
- Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative development processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present design concepts clearly, as well as work with a large variety of stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a 'can-do' attitude
- Well-developed planning, organisational and time management abilities
