Full Time Hourly Rate Contract to June 30th (Strong potential to extend for the right person)
Location: Christchurch or Dunedin Preferred (Open to anywhere in New Zealand)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Product Analyst to join our team on a contract basis, supporting multiple products and working closely with the Product Owner to enhance system functionality and user experience. This is a hands-on, problem-solving role that requires strong engagement with stakeholders and end-users. You will gather user insights on the product to create documentation, reports, and dashboards. The feedback gathered from users will be used to identify areas for improvement on product features. With an immediate start, you'll be part of a well-supported programme with the potential for contract extension.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supporting Product Owners across three different products, helping with system improvements and user needs.
-Acting as the first point of contact for product-related support, triaging tickets, resolving issues where possible, and escalating when needed.
-Prioritize product backlog items ensuring alignment with business goals.
-Coordinate testing and analyze product feature performance
-Gather user feedback, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes.
-Work closely with designers, developers, and other teams to translate business goals into requirements.
-Identify inefficiencies to suggest improvements in workflows and document requirements, user stories, and training materials.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a support/service desk role, ticket management, triaging, resolving and escalating as needed
- Knowledge of user feedback analysis and the ability to talk to business stakeholders
- Experience in product lifecycle management and backlog prioritization
- Proficiency in documenting requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-team coordination
