About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a high-profile Funding Review. This project plays a key role in ensuring that funding and fee-setting models remain fit-for-purpose and future-ready.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop policy options and contribute to funding model analysis
• Support the management of a complex programme
• Assist in developing consultation materials and engagement strategies
• Conduct current state analysis and assess performance metrics
• Define future state KPIs and cost recovery scenarios
• Collaborate closely with policy analysts, modellers, and key stakeholders

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong financial acumen, including experience in cost recovery analysis, financial modelling, and assessing the long-term sustainability of funding structures
• Ability to interpret financial data, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and assess revenue streams to inform policy decisions
• Proficiency in working with funding frameworks, fee structures, and financial performance metrics
• Ability to translate business needs into technical and policy-driven requirements
• Confidence navigating internal and external regulatory environments
• Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Comfortable working with ambiguity in a complex environment
