What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience, managing teams of over 30 people.
• 10 years of experience in a relevant technical domain with proven technical leadership.
• Strong people management, mentoring, and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
