About the role

Contract Details:
- Initial 3-month hourly rate contract, with potential to extend for the right person.
- Based in Dunedin, full-time.

Deliverables/Purpose:
Step into an established team in Dunedin and provide the consistency and leadership needed to navigate ongoing workloads and patterns. You will be instrumental in guiding the team through prioritisation and managing multiple workstreams effectively. You'll also plan for the pipeline ahead, ensuring a smooth transition for team while maintaining productivity. 

The Skills and Experience We Need You to Bring:
- Proven technical team leadership skills.
- Ability to support team to prioritise and progress multiple workstreams.
- Demonstrable success getting up to speed quickly in established teams and environments, to add immediate value.
- Experience in project management and structured approaches.
- Stakeholder and vendor engagement
- Workload and resource management.
- Familiarity with iterative work processes, rather than Agile.
