The Opportunity:

Step into a pivotal role with a forward-thinking organisation embarking on a significant business transformation. As the Change and Communications Lead, you'll be responsible for leading transformation intiatives alongside developing and executing change management and communication strategies across the organisation. This contract offers a unique chance to influence and engage with stakeholders, ensuring changes are embedded effectively and positively. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving a stronger, more efficient business and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Role:

In this position, you'll champion change across the business alongside keeping activities and the team on track with product delivery, change plans, training programmes and communications. 

- Lead and execute strategic transformation initiative.
- Deliver clear and effective communications to engage stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Transformation team for successful project delivery.
- Provide expert change and communication strategy and delivery, to support system adoption.
- Bring teams together and provide direction to support and enable successful transformation.
- Work closely with programme leadership to ensure steerco are kept informed.

Your Fit:
- Proven experience in leading and executing change and communication strategies.
- Demonstrable success connecting technology, product and wider teams together to organise and implement strategic decisions.
- Strong leadership, relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Exceptional ability to communicate organisation-wide, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Agility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Passionate about driving change and delivering impactful value.

The ideal person will be based from Dunedin as preference, however Auckland will be considered for the right person.
