Product Analyst
Full Time Hourly Rate Contract to June 30th (Strong potential to extend for the right person)
Location: Dunedin On-site (Open to Wellington for the right person)
Immediate Start

About the Role:
Join a dynamic team to support product development. As a Product Analyst, you will gather user insights on the product to create documentation, reports, and dashboards. The feedback gathered from users will be used to identify areas for improvement on product features. With an immediate start, you'll be part of a well-supported programme with the potential for contract extension.

Key Responsibilities:
-Collect and analyze user behavior and product performance data.
-Generate reports and dashboards
-Collaborate with product managers to prioritize product backlog items, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
-Coordinate testing and assess performance to drive product improvements.
-Work closely with designers, developers, and other teams to translate business goals into requirements.
-Identify inefficiencies to suggest improvements in workflows and document requirements, user stories, and training materials.

Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of testing, user feedback analysis, and the ability to talk to business stakeholders
- Experience in product lifecycle management and backlog prioritization
- Proficiency in documenting requirements
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, and Snowflake is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-team coordination
