As a Front End Developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing user-facing features. Working closely with UX designers and full-stack developers, you will build high-quality, reusable front-end components using modern frameworks. What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing new user-facing features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implementing responsive and accessible interfaces.
• Optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and cross-device compatibility.
• Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to continuously improve digital solutions.
• Building and maintaining reusable code libraries.
• Conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
• Staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• 4+ years of experience as a Front End Developer.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, Fluent UI, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG standards), and SEO best practices.
• Experience with development tools such as Webpack and Gulp.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects effectively.
• A strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable:

• Relevant certification in Web or Graphic Design.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
