The Role:

As an Application Support Analyst, you will ensure the stability and performance of the Retail and Reservations systems. Your responsibilities include:

- Providing first and second-level support for application issues.
- Managing application maintenance and support to minimise downtime.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for application deployments and upgrades.
- Engaging with end-users to gather requirements and provide training.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and system optimisation.

Your Fit:

- Proven experience in application support, preferably within Retail or Reservations systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
