The Lead Senior Test Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through comprehensive testing processes. This individual will design and execute test plans, analyze results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. The successful candidate will contribute to innovative projects and ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Expertise in testing methodologies and leadership will be critical to the role's success.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over two years of proven experience leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, and JMeter.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience testing SaaS applications, including cloud-based environments, multi-tenant architectures, and API testing.
• Experience with Agile and/or DevOps methodologies is a plus.
• ISTQB or similar testing certification is desirable.
