IT Service Desk Analyst
About the role
The company:
Our client who is a large corporate with national reach are currently looking to appoint an IT Support Analyst to be based in their Dunedin office. They are currently undergoing a growth period and working on a number of exciting projects, so are looking at expanding their team.
The role:
This role will see you will be working in a large IT team, providing first-line support for company staff. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will handle any initial IT Service requests and troubleshoot Level 1 technical issues, manage software, and maintain IT devices to ensure the company's IT operations run smoothly.
Further responsibilities will include resolving networking issues and working with the wider IT team to escalate more complex tickets. This role would suit applicants who have previous hands-on experience in a Service Desk Analyst role, looking at growing their skills.
About you:
You will be a customer-focused IT Service Desk Analyst, with a focus on providing top tier support to end users.
You will also have
- Have an eye for detail and the ability to follow processes
- Experience working in a Service Desk environment
- Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting skills
- Prior knowledge of Office 365, Azure, and Exchange
