About the role

• Contract to 30th June initially - full time.
• ASAP start. Potential for extension for right person.
• Christchurch based, with travel to Dunedin required.

The Role:

Join an existing team working on an exciting and complex programme of work that will ultimately deliver innovative solutions to the organisation and their customers. This is a transformational, high change and ambiguous environment and will require someone who can come in and get up to speed quickly to deliver immediate value in a collaborative team. The role will require regular presence on the ground in Dunedin to liaise with key stakeholders face to face, therefore the successful candidate will need to be available to travel to Dunedin for workshops etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally to bridge business and technical solutions.
• Capture and consolidate requirements across various business areas.
• Design quality solutions aligning with business objectives.
• Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and facilitate workshops.
• Ensure solutions are designed with customer experience at the forefront.
• Provide support in other areas of projects as required.

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven success as a seasoned Business Analyst in large, complex programmes with high change impact.

• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Proficient in current and future state mapping.
• Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
• Skilled in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Contribution to solution and service design.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication across business areas.
• Experience in systems / applications projects advantageous
• Ability to thrive in complex environments.
• Must be currently eligible to work in NZ for a quick start.
• Available to be based in Dunedin for duration of contract.
