The future? To expand engagement, fuel communities of collectors and investors, and continue this legacy of exclusive experiences.

Why now:
This business is on the brink of scaling their operations and optimising the way they deliver products to market. That’s where you come in. They’re seeking an Operations Delivery Coordinator who can seamlessly manage procurement, production, and delivery processes across teams and vendors. This is your chance to ensure everything flows smoothly behind the scenes, meeting deadlines, maintaining quality, and driving operational excellence as the company expands and evolves.

The Role:
As the Operations Delivery Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth procurement, production, and delivery of their diverse product range. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, manage vendor relationships, and maintain commercial viability and quality standards that uphold the brand promise. Working alongside other operational leaders, you will own key behind-the-scenes processes, driving the successful achievement of their product release goals.
Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves keeping things on track while working with a variety of teams and partners to get products from concept to delivery?
In this role, you’ll manage everything from international shipments and vendor relationships to keeping internal stakeholders updated on progress. Your work will ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, helping meet product release deadlines with precision and care.

This role breaks down into these key responsibilities:

  • Product Procurement and Delivery: Coordinate with internal teams to identify needs and resolve challenges. Manage vendor relationships, monitor progress, and address quality issues. Oversee international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and flagging delays. Manage product receipts, update stock for distribution approval, and handle stock samples and custom orders.
  • Process, Audit, and KPI Responsibilities: Ensure licensor compliance with manufacturing and packaging vendors. Maintain process documentation and ensure audit readiness. Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency, quality, and adaptability. Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for operational excellence.
  • Related Support & Administration: Review and approve procurement and logistics invoices. Assist in maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring safety compliance. Support sustainability initiatives within operational processes. Handle inquiries and maintain accurate inventory records. Research new opportunities and provide operational expertise and recommendations.

The Fit:
We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease. A natural collaborator, you’ll work closely with various teams to ensure smooth product delivery while upholding high-quality standards. Your strong communication skills will help you maintain effective dialogue with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone stays aligned and projects stay on track.
You’ll be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, bringing your experience in international logistics/operations, preferably in consumer goods, collectibles, or a related field. Your ability to adapt to changing priorities and focus on delivering results will be key to your success.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-motivated problem solver who is eager to learn, take on new challenges, and develop within a rapidly evolving environment.

If you’re ready to bring your passion, attention to detail, grit, and organisational skills to a company that’s focused on making an impact, apply now!

Please note: Only applications from applicants who are NZ citizens, permanent residents, or hold a valid work visa will be considered.
