The Opportunity:
As an ICT Business Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in empowering staff through the effective use of Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies. You will deliver tailored training solutions and provide ongoing support to drive productivity and seamless CRM integration into daily operations. Additionally, you will collaborate on system enhancements and maintain a robust training program.

The Role:
As an ICT Business Support Specialist, you will provide one-on-one coaching and lead group workshops. Beyond training, your responsibilities will include system administration, data cleansing, and workflow optimisation. This role requires occasional travel and adaptability to meet changing business needs.
About You:
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies and CRM optimisation.
• Background in ICT training or CRM/ERP support.
