Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and lead change strategies using established methodologies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build leadership capabilities in change management.
- Design, execute, and refine change initiatives to align with broader programme objectives.
This is a senior, hands-on role for a seasoned change manager. We're seeking someone with a track record of successfully navigating large, complex programmes and who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the nitty-gritty of change. The ideal candidate is not just someone who talks strategy—they're ready to actively drive and execute change at every level.
- 7-10 years of expertise in leading large-scale IT transformation projects.
- A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Bachelor’s Degree) and Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci).
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and a knack for influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Eligibility to work within New Zealand
Collaborative Environment
You will work closely with the leadership team and collaborate across multiple departments, including Digital Services, Finance, and People & Culture, to drive change effectively.
