The role:

A new squad has been established that will have a core focus on growth initiatives for the platform. You will lead a team of Full Stack Engineers (5) and work alongside data, product and design colleagues to build new features which can help unlock more customer growth.
Your success in this role will be achieved through not only helping to plan and write code but also by helping to establish a strong product engineering culture amongst your team. Over time helping your direct reports to flourish as product minded Engineers within the business.
