The Role:
As the Engineering Lead/TPO, you will stabilise and optimise the existing technical landscape, modernise environments, and design in-house cloud capabilities. You'll indirectly lead cross-functional teams, champion DevOps practices, and oversee incident management to ensure resilience and efficiency. This role demands both strategic oversight and technical expertise, making it ideal for those passionate about driving change and building high-performing teams.

Your Fit:
You're an experienced technical leader with expertise in Azure, known for designing, stabilising, and modernising technical ecosystems. You excel in stakeholder management and have a knack for aligning technical strategies with organisational goals. With a collaborative leadership style, you empower teams and drive innovation.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven technical leadership in large-scale Azure environments, with a track record of stabilising, optimising, and modernising technical ecosystems.
  • Expertise in legacy system assessment and decommissioning, with the ability to rationalise tools and processes effectively.
  • Experience in DevOps practices, including automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
  • Comprehensive understanding of operational frameworks like ITIL and their application in process improvement and service design.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud cost management, balancing scalability, performance, and budgets effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A collaborative leadership style, focused on empowering teams and driving high performance.
