About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead a complex transformation for our client's NZ Markets business. This critical role involves relocating and re-engineering key services, capabilities, data, reporting, and processes into new global and domestic platforms, ensuring an exceptional sales and service proposition meets customer expectations. A significant component of the role will involve managing and influencing global stakeholders, requiring strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach.



Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a large-scale technology transformation within the wholesale banking sector.
• Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
• Drive governance at senior levels, influencing and building strong networks and value.
• Oversee seamless integration of platforms while maintaining focus on customer and banker experiences.

Selection Criteria:

• Proven expertise in wholesale banking and complex technology transformations.
• Strong technical knowledge of Markets platforms, payments, risk, regulatory reporting, and related products.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior-level governance and influence key stakeholders.
• Experience in navigating complex global environments and building productive international relationships.
