Purpose:

This business is a successful enterprise with an established name in its sector and is looking for a Senior Test Analyst/Lead who has strong background in call centre or non-functional testing. You will be responsible for writing scripts for non-call flow-based tests, collaborating with business users to execute tests, and managing the bug log. Additionally, you will work closely with the project team to communicate risks and issues and produce comprehensive test summary reports for various business units.

The skills and experience we need you to bring:

• Proven experience in Genesys testing or call centre testing, with a focus on non-functional testing.
• Experience in working with business user testers and managing defect logs.
• Strong understanding of testing processes, risk management, and issue communication.
• Experience in producing test summary reports.
• Familiarity with Salesforce testing is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
