The Role:

As Senior Business Analyst, you will:
  • Deliver business analysis to align projects with organisational goals, identify opportunities, and manage risks.
  • Optimise systems and processes for efficiency, incorporating customer feedback and considering the end-to-end impact.
  • Produce clear documentation and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
  • Mentor team members and develop organisational capability through continuous improvement.
  • Ensure seamless implementation of systems and upgrades, supporting training and adoption.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance across teams.
 
Your Fit:

We're looking for someone who has:
  • Experience: At least five years in business analysis, process improvement, or project management roles, with a strong understanding of methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving project goals.
  • ERP Expertise: Extensive experience with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or TechOne, particularly in finance/accounting, supply chain, payroll, and security.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and a critical eye for detail.
  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of functional and non-functional requirements within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Organisational Agility: Skill in managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines
