About the role:

Join a high-impact team tasked with transitioning from a 15+ year-old on-prem system to a modern, cloud-native Financial Management System. You will lead critical components of the change programme, working closely with a Change Analyst and our implementation partner to ensure a smooth transition.This role is part of the Change Management chapter of the organisation, who promote the development of change capability and readiness across the organisation, as they seek to improve practices, maturity and practical application of change principles in their projects and everyday work.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience as a Change Manager min 6 years
• Proven experience in system implementation, financial systems would be advantageous
• Strong leadership capabilities to guide and mentor a Change Analyst.
• Experience working alongside Executives and senior leaders to support effective 
• sponsorship, change leadership and communication
•  Significant experience in developing relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
