As Senior Business Analyst, you will:
- Deliver business analysis to align projects with organisational goals, identify opportunities, and manage risks.
- Optimise systems and processes for efficiency, incorporating customer feedback and considering the end-to-end impact.
- Produce clear documentation and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Mentor team members and develop organisational capability through continuous improvement.

Your Fit:
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience: At least five years in business analysis, process improvement, or project management roles, with a strong understanding of methodologies, tools, and best practices.

- ERP Expertise: Extensive experience with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or TechOne, particularly in finance/accounting, supply chain, payroll, and security.

- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of functional and non-functional requirements within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
