The Role:
As the Graphics Team Lead, you will:

• Lead and inspire a team of 13 graphic artists and designers.
• Oversee high-level project planning to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality.
• Provide pastoral care and professional development for team members, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver world-class 3D visualisations.
• Stay hands-on, contributing to key projects as needed, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders and the graphics team.

About You:
You’re a skilled leader and creative problem solver with:

• Expertise in Unreal Engine asset management and experience with tools like Maya and Photoshop.
• Strong project planning and team leadership experience, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing teams.
• High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively across all levels of the business. 
• A background in VFX, broadcasting, gaming, or similar industries.
• A calm yet driven approach, with a pragmatic and flexible mindset.
