The Role
As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to gather, consolidate, and evaluate business requirements from stakeholders across the organisation. You’ll assess these needs in relation to existing processes and systems, conduct gap analyses, and prepare business cases. From there, you'll develop and recommend solutions that align with the desired project outcomes.
Additionally, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the Performance and Planning team to ensure a seamless transition from project implementation to operations. This includes stakeholder communication and training, system testing, and the creation of updated business processes and procedures.
Key Skills and Expertise:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in business modeling methods.
- Experience with process change and change management.
- Proven track record in developing and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.
- A formal qualification in Business Analysis will be highly regarded.
