Service Desk Analyst
About the role
The Role:
As an experienced Service Desk Analyst, you will be focused on delivering excellent experiences in providing L1 and L2 end-user support. This role is to come in and provide additional support to the well-established support team. This will be a contract position initially for 3-Months, with an ASAP start. If things go well there may be potential to extend for the right person.
The contract requires the successful person to be based in Dunedin full-time as the role is fully onsite.
Experience Required:
You'll be already familiar with providing IT Support within a large organisation, and as a part of a dispersed and varied team. You'll ideally bring technical experience with:
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers
- Windows and Linux Operating Systems
- Hardware setups
- Experience with ticketing systems for managing requests (e.g. Jira, Service Now, etc)
- Microsoft 365 / Exchange administration
- Active Directory management - set-up users, role management etc.
- Troubleshooting and desktop supportK
- Experience with resolving Network related issues (e.g DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc)
- Documentation experience
- Must have a valid work visa to be able to start quickly
