About the role
The company:
Driving the fusion of physical and digital, this renowned global leader in precious metal collectibles and bullion licences blockbuster brands like Disney, Star Wars, Harry Potter, MLB, Marvel, and the UFC. They immortalise iconic moments, characters, and stories into coveted precious metal cards, coins, and memorabilia (Solid silver Batman cowl anyone?). Their global community of master collectors and superfans is passionate, engaged, and growing — each new release sends ripples across the digital and physical landscape as fans buzz for their next prized collectible.
The future? Physical and digital ecosystems that expand engagement, fuel communities of collectors and investors, and continue this legacy of exclusive experiences.
Why now:
This business is gearing up to elevate the experience for their fans, creating seamless digital-to-physical connections. That’s where you come in. They’re looking for a Project Delivery Coordinator who can masterfully manage the entire lifecycle of these precious products — from conception to launch. This is your opportunity to ensure each project lands on time, on budget, and with that extra touch of excellence fans have come to expect.
The Role:
As the Project Delivery Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex projects and engaging with both internal teams and external partners to bring their products to life, and support the Senior Project & Licensing Manager. Are you passionate about keeping projects on track and thrive on coordinating across teams and external partners?
You’ll support submissions and approvals processes with our partners at world-class brands. You’ll collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers, and collaborate closely with product, design, operations, sales, and marketing to ensure projects flow seamlessly from concept to launch.
The role breaks into these four core responsibilities:
Project Reporting & Communication: Regularly update project status and timelines for the Senior Project & Licensing Manager and Product Team. Identify and troubleshoot project challenges and keep everyone in the loop.
Licensing Initiatives: Manage licensing agreements and approvals, working closely with external partners to ensure brand guidelines and high-quality standards are upheld throughout product development.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between Product, Design, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to keep all stakeholders aligned and projects on course.
Project Planning & Coordination: Define project scope and timelines, track milestones, and manage deliverables to ensure every detail is on point.
The Fit:
We're looking for a calm multitasker and self-starter with a strong sense of organisation and collaboration, driven by the challenge of coordinating across functions and partners to deliver top-quality products.

Organised and adept at managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders, you bring experience with project management tools to streamline processes and report progress effectively.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated, organised problem-solver with experience in licensed goods, creative industries, or product development who’s eager to learn and take on new responsibilities.
