Your role:
The position calls for an inspiring Product Manager who can harness the current momentum, deliver on customer needs and collaborate with their stakeholders and anticipate the needs of a rapidly scaling organisation with the CPO, shaping its future with insight and creativity.
The role breaks down into these core components:
Product Management: Translate strategic goals into actionable product plans and requirements that drive customer objectives. Cultivate insights from customer interactions and market trends to influence product direction, ensuring the roadmap reflects customer-centric priorities.
Execution & Delivery: Translate high-level requirements into detailed plans. Optimise delivery with the engineering teams and suppliers and manage product backlogs. Drive product progression by keeping a keen eye on delivery timelines and product enhancements. Foster strong internal and external relationships to support seamless project execution.
Strategic Alignment and Risk Management: Ensure the product’s vision and roadmap are continuously aligned with the wider business strategy, coordinating closely with leadership (CPO and CEO) and stakeholders. Identify and assess potential risks, creating preventive measures to keep the product on course with organisational goals. Balance strategic product decisions with a proactive approach to compliance, regulations, and quality, ensuring that solutions are adaptable and meet industry standards and needs for manufacturability.
