The role: 

As the IT Infrastructure Lead, you will:

- Manage external technology service providers for seamless infrastructure delivery.
- Provide Level 2 End User Device support.
- Support various technology environments, including virtual, IaaS, and IT networks.
- Ensure infrastructure technology is delivered to agreed project timelines and well-documented.
- Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships
